ในอาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมา Microsoft ได้ให้ทางยูเซอร์อัปเดทสองแพทซ์สำคัญเป็น KB4579311 รวมทั้ง KB4577671 ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายเพื่อปรับแก้ช่องโหว่ด้านความปลอดภัย แต่ว่าเกิดผลตรงข้ามทำให้มีปัญหาเข้ามาแทนการปรับปรุงแก้ไข โดยจะเกิดหน้าจอฟ้าที่ขึ้นหลังจากเราได้ทำการอัปเดท จะเป็นรหัส 0x8007000d, ox800f0988, 0x800f0831, 0x80073701, 0x80070002, 0x800f081 ดังนี้ การขึ้นหน้าจอฟ้าไม่ใช่ปัญหาเดียวแต่หลังจากการอัปเดท ยูเซอร์บางคนยังจะเจอปัญหาด้าน File Explorer ที่ไม่ตอบสนองการคลิ๊กเปิด ถ้าเกิดยูเซอร์ที่แพทซ์ตัวเครื่องยังไม่มีปัญหา หรือมีการอัพเดทแพทซ์ KB4579311 รวมทั้ง KB4577671 ไปแล้ว หนทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมที่สุดเป็นให้ Pause การ Update ไปก่อน
วิธีแก้ปิดการอัพเดทวินโด้ 10
โดยไปที่ Settings
Update and Security > Windows Update >
Advance Option > Pause Update
กดหยุดไปก่อน แล้วรอฟังข่าวจาก Microsoft ว่าแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวได้สำเร็จ
